To achieve in life you must first be able to forgive. Those are pretty powerful words but ones that are essential to our success. Unfortunately, many are unable to forgive for one reason or another and continue to find them selves in the downward spiral of failure.

Forgiveness is not an easy task. If you remember as a child, it may have been very difficult to say your were sorry, much less forgive someone else. With the coaxing of our parents, and perhaps other adults in our lives, we managed to say those very difficult words but did we truly mean them? It is because of this difficulty that many today suffer. They have not been able to forgive others, but most importantly are not able to forgive themselves.

It is essential in order to achieve greatness or simply success we must release the emotional baggage that we carry with us. Sure, you may think that it is easier said than done, but quite honestly it is possible. Instead of continuing to plan and plan without success, let me help guide you in the direction of success. It will certainly begin with the awareness of the emotional issues that are holding you back. But with this process, I have successfully helped many release those issues and begin to achieve success.

What program am I referring to? Or more importantly how can I possibly help you, when all else you have tried has failed? Visit this page and read the success stories of those have been able to release and succeed. More importantly those who have learned to forgive in order to succeed. Achieve your goals and finally feel secure in your life. What are you waiting for? Visit this ==> page today and begin the road to recovery and success.

Does that feeling sound familiar? Are you feeling the pressures of society, family and possibly ones that are self inflicted? First and foremost understand that you are not alone. There are many that are experiencing the feelings you are experiencing.

The difference however, is that many will remain in the rut; the one where they are going and going and not getting to their destination. Making plans, goals and lists is just the beginning. Taking action is the most important next step. Push your fears aside and move forward. You may be saying to yourself, that is easier said than done, but it is possible. Perhaps you simply need help. Have you ever spoken to someone about your fears? What was their reaction? Many are afraid to express these feelings and some are not aware that these feelings exist and may be hindering their success.

It doesn’t have to be that way. I’ve been there and completely understand those moments when you simply want to bang your head against the wall and give it all up. However, I have found the solution that has helped me and can help you as well. I have put together a program that will help you release your anger, frustration, doubts and help you achieve your goals! Yes, it is possible! I am living proof that it works and believe me, I completely understand what you may be experiencing at this very moment.

It’s time for you and time to learn to forgive yourself, which is just the beginning. Go to==> this page and view the program I have put together that will help you begin achieving your goals today, not tomorrow, not next week, but TODAY!

Chances are, once you finished your morning cup of coffee or tea, there are about 15 dozen things that need to be accomplished, and all of them are demanding your attention right away. So, like any normal person, you prioritize the items, making a list. So which do you do first? If you’re like most people, you do what you can first, and what you take enjoyment from. This is a great way to boost your confidence, and get a wonderful and productive start to the day. However, there are those things on the list that you can’t do, and for many that nagging reality becomes a real obstacle.

It is important to remember that you can’t let the things that you cannot do, interfere with what you can do. Everyone has natural talents, or learned skills that allow them to resonate with certain tasks. Some people have a gift for working with statistics. Others can make the written word take your breath away. You might have a talent for motivating your co-workers to accomplish an arduous task through teamwork. Whatever your talent is, whatever shapes your passion takes; make sure you use it to the fullest potential.

Use Your Passion to Carry You Through the Day

If you allow your natural talents to help you excel at what you can do, you’ll find something strange and slightly wonderful will happen. Remember that extra boost of confidence that you felt as you completed that early morning task? Remember how good, how invincible you felt when you were doing something that you knew you were called to do? That same feeling and drive can be used to help carry you through those situations that normally you would avoid. That small left over list of things will be accomplished simply by using the drive and energy you feel from doing something that you are passionate about.

In a very real sense, finding your passion in life isn’t just about doing what you love all the time. There will be times when the mundane tasks of the day will rear up and demand attention. However, by using the energy and skills that you can gain from your passions, you can find new and creative ways to accomplish those tasks at the bottom of your list.

So the next workday that greets you with a stack of papers in your inbox, remember that your passion and your drive can help see you through them all. By learning how to harness the energy that is supplied by your passion, and the confidence inspired by your skill and talent, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished.

All you have to do is take the first step and give it a try.

Success today is often measured by what a person has accomplished. Landing the big contract, acing the midterm exam, even getting married and raising a wonderful family are often seen as successes to be marked off on some checklist somewhere. Indeed, from a young age, school children are taught to make a list of things to do, and mark them off in short order when the task is completed.

However, thinking this way can be limiting, especially if you’re not sure where your dreams and aspiration lie on the checklist before you. Plus, if you’ve failed to complete the tasks set before you, and more keep piling on, it can get quite discouraging. What if there was a better way? What if there was a way of thinking where the past didn’t have a stranglehold on your future, and the only limitation was your imagination?

Don’t Measure Yourself By What You’ve Done – Only By What You Can Do

It has been said that you shouldn’t measure yourself by what you have accomplished, but rather what you can accomplish with your ability. This means that you don’t need to be tied to the past, and what you have previously done. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never learned to drive a manual transmission, or didn’t score high on your academic exams. The truth is all that pales in comparison to what you can accomplish tomorrow, or even today. It’s a simple case of using your talents, your abilities, and your brilliance to catapult yourself into exactly where you want to be.

Finding Your Brilliance

So the question becomes, what can you do to find your talents, your brilliance? The only way to find out what makes you unique among all others, what makes you outshine the rest is by finding what you are passionate about. Think back to when you were a child, before the world decided to introduce you to their rulebook of life. What did you truly enjoy? What made your heart skip a beat, and bring a soft smile to your face? What could you get giddy about and jump up and down about with only a mere thought of it? Now, think about that now. How does it feel? Does it still bring a soft smile to your face? Does it make you feel like you could take on the world?

Finding what you are passionate about, something that gets you up in the morning a few minutes before the alarm goes off is one of the greatest things that can be done. Not many people take the time to take on this task, but those who do often go on to accomplish monumental things. Take the time, not to look into the past, but rather to look inside and find your passion, your brilliance and chances are you will be a success no matter how it is measured.

Oh, and more thing….. Ask your family, friends and clients what they think you are good at, what are your talents, your strengths? Consider what they say. How does that match up with what you came up with?

Perfection Could Mean Stagnation

As a general rule, we are taught from a young age to strive for perfection, and to accept nothing less in everything we do. While perfection in everything may be deemed a laudable goal, it can mean stagnation and getting caught up in too many details. You have heard about “analysis paralysis”…. As John Wooden taught his basketball players “If you are not making mistakes, then you are not doing anything. I am positive that a doer makes mistakes.” He calls them mistakes, I call them inflight adjustments.

Do You Make Inflight Adjustments?

In order to be a success, first you must try. Once you start taking a step towards your goal, “mistakes” may be made. It’s a simple fact of life and business—sometimes to jump ahead, you have to take a few steps to the side or even backwards. The trick is to not focus on the steps, but rather on the journey itself (Please read this again — another way to say this is focus on your desired outcome and not the details of the How’s) . As any successful business owner will tell you, the measure of success is not perfection, but rather persevering and adapting to new changes (Making In-flight adjustments).

Do You Prefer To Be Perfect Or Profitable?

Think about some of the most successful businesses that you come in contact with everyday. One of the most successful examples of a business is Microsoft. The computer operating system of this company is known for having bugs, problems in the code, and many other characteristics. Based on this information, how are they so successful? The answer, I believe is their ability to take action, adapt to new environments, and make sure that their operating systems are the most widely available on the market. In addition, the “mistakes” made are truly learned from, as the various fixes that are featured in each new version.

If they were to wait to be perfect… well, we may still be waiting to hear of Microsoft.

Connecting The Dots

If you were to create a line graph for a successful company comparing their profits over time, you would notice that the line isn’t a straight shot up the graph. There would be years where the profits would be down from the previous years, or perhaps even a few years when the profits were lower then desired. However, if you take a step back, the overall trend of the graph would be traveling upward, towards increasing profits.

Now take that same graph and use it to help illustrate your life. Although there are plenty of adjustments you have made, the mere fact that you continue onwards is a testament to your success. If you do things you are bound to make seeming “mistakes”, but in doing so you are also bound to be successful. It is only a matter of time, intelligent choices, and staying in the game.

What Do You Do When Plans Don’t Go As Intended?

Undoubtedly each of us, in our life, has been faced with what we perceived as a “failure” of some sort. Yes, I am talking about that time when you intended something but it all seemed to go wrong, or plans seemed to go awry. Well we might say that it’s simply the nature of life. I look at it a bit differently. One thing I am certain about though, how we choose to handle such situations is a great measure of what we can continue to expect to experience.

How We Choose To Handle Perceived “Failures” Sets The Stage For The Future

John Wooden, one of the most successful basketball coaches that ever lived, told his players that “failure is not fatal, but failure to change might be.” In that gem he gave a wealth of information about the ability to adapt to new situations, and strive for success in the most adverse of situations. The past need not define your present or future!

A Simple Adjustment Can Make All The Difference

The trick, of course is to learn to adapt to the situation that you are facing. Things that you have always seen as assets in one area of your life can be transformed and reused to make another aspect of your life that much better. Even the simplest things can make your life that much better. One example is the creation of “stickies” those self-adhesive notes that populate nearly every corner of the business world.

The Benefit Of Being Open To Inspired Actions

In 1968, Dr. Spence Silver, a researcher at 3M invented an adhesive with strange qualities. Adhesives, as a general rule, work by leaving a sticky residue between two surfaces. This adhesive, however, did not melt, would not dissolve, and left no sticky residue on the surfaces. In essence it was a glue that would never permanently glue two things together. It was a fun substance to play with, but no one really could find a good use for it.

That was until Steven Fry, also of 3M got a hold of it in 1974. Mr. Fry had a problem, one that is faced by millions of people each year. He wanted to keep his place in a hymnal book, but the scraps of paper kept fluttering out when he used the hymnal. He wanted to keep the pieces of paper in place, but knew that he couldn’t damage the hymnal by leaving a residue, or bending the pages back.

By taking this apparently “useless” adhesive to the back of his scraps of paper, he could keep his place in the hymnal without worrying about leaving a sticky residue. Finally, the seemingly strange and useless adhesive invented by Dr. Silver had found a use. From that small beginning, the people of 3M transformed a little thing into something that nearly everyone in the business world can recognize.

What’s Your Choice?

By learning how to adapt what you have and use a few items and ideas into transformational things, every “failure” you face can be a springboard to your next success story. The choice is yours, and failure to change should not be the one you make.

When something does not go the way that you intended it, ask yourself: ”What wants to be born of this [..experience]“? Then allow yourself to notice the next inspired actions that come to you.

Be open to receiving inspiration in a variety of ways. It may be a billboard you pass by that has a message which triggers an idea for you, it may be something you hear someone say, you may get your next inspiration in the lyrics of a song you hear, a book you read…. Remain open and ask yourself: ” What wants to be born out of this current situation?”

Try it. See what inspired actions you come up with.

You know what you want; you can almost taste your goal, see it just over that one mountain. Truly, if you can dream it, you can do it, and no goal is ever truly out of reach. It simply might take more planning and inspired action to get you over that great big mountain.

You started with an idea; something that you knew would transform your everyday life into something so much better. Now, the trick is to transform that ultimate reality into your everyday reality. Don’t worry, though, no real magic is involved; there is no smoke and mirrors, and everyone, even someone as ordinary as me or you can make any dream a reality. If you think about it, there really isn’t anything ordinary about you at all. The ability to imagine, plan and act is a very unique and beautiful ability to have.

Start Small to Grow Big

Everyone with a dream starts, unconsciously putting obstacles in their way. How is this possible? One of the best ways to do this is by trying to reach the ultimate goal within one big leap instead of a few little measured steps. How many times have you tried to accomplish something spectacular, and crashed in a spectacular fashion? Chances are you bit off more than you could handle in one sitting.

As a safe driver, you wouldn’t dream of driving from Boston to San Francisco in one day. Between fatigue, a car running out of gas, and other needs, it would simply be impossible. You would get there, and the San Francisco Bay would always be within your ultimate sight, but first you would have to travel through such places as Chicago, Denver, and even Las Vegas. How you went would depend on what route you took, and how you planned your trip.

This idea can be seen with how you achieve your goals. By planning for and achieving small goals you can gain added experience, insight, and rejuvenation fuel you towards your ultimate dream.

It’s About Quality, Not Quantity

How many times have you rushed out the door, a long list of things to accomplish trailing behind you and grasped tightly in your hand? On those days when your laundry list was longer than you, how many things did you actually get accomplished? Chances are, it wasn’t very much. When you took that same list and pared it down, focusing on only the tasks related to what you needed to do that day (as opposed to some that you can delegate or ask help with), or ones that fit a specific theme, a lot more probably got accomplished.

The exact same idea can be utilized when you’re moving toward your ultimate goal. For many people, the sheer amount of action needed to accomplish an overall goal can be extremely overwhelming. Many a person has looked at a mountain in front of them and has gotten discouraged by the immense size that looms before them.

As any mountaineer, any teacher, even any person will tell you, every mountain scaled, every book written, every task completed began by putting one foot in front of the other. But focusing on what is essential to accomplish your next goal, you allow yourself to be concerned with the quality of your actions, and not the quantity. The mountain won’t likely move from your path, and as you move through it, the passes will appear, and each correct step will bring you closer to your ultimate goal.

Focus on What Will Be

There is no doubt that planning is important. Knowing how and when you will act in the pursuit of your ultimate goal is essential for anyone who wishes to achieve something in their lifetime. However, many people get stuck in the mire of how, of logistics and procedures, instead of keeping the focus on what will be, the final goal.

Humans are taught from a very young age that in order to accomplish something, they must have a solid, specific, and usable plan. While specifics are nice, and having a solid nature is reassuring, it doesn’t leave much room for innovation or growth. What happens when your best laid plans fall to the wayside?

And this is where humans are so amazing. Our ability to adapt our plan to new circumstances, to act in a new environment is truly second to none. A drive from Boston to the California coast will undoubtedly have many detours and delays, but still thousands make that same journey every year. By allowing your plan the flexibility to adjust and shift based on available data and circumstances, you’ll be able to accomplish your goal no matter what detour is thrown in your path.

By learning to alter your steps as needed, while keeping your goal firmly in sight, you’ll be able to accomplish something that few rarely do. You’ll be able to turn your dream into your reality.
